Automation and control are disciplines intended to perform, with the least possible intervention, work tasks carried out by humans. When this concept is applied in an industrial environment, it is known as industrial automation and control. With its equipment proposal, De Lorenzo seeks to train students in the practical problems of Industrial Automation and Control to assist in the training of the professional profiles that the industry requires; with our equipment proposal, students will be introduced both theoretically and experimentally to the practical problems of Industrial Automation and Control. With our equipment, the teacher will be able to develop skills in instrumentation, electronics, industrial computing, and process automation technologies such as pneumatics, hydraulics, electromechanics, sensors, and industrial communications, to name a few. With this proposal, De Lorenzo seeks to improve, enhance, and develop cognitive and social processes in terms of professional competencies composed of knowledge, skills, and attitudes for an integral education of students.PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER – 36 IN/28 OUT DL 2210B
The DL 2210B is a programmable controller that combines high performance and ease of use for those entering the world of PLCs for the first time. It allows controlling machines and plants using the sequential logic that replaces traditional electromechanical panels, saving relays, timers, and counters. Flexibility, as it can be reprogrammed, the possibility of its use in environments with harsh working conditions, reliability and safety, and the ability to process both digital and analog signals are its main advantages. This module allows students to perform experiments commonly used in the industrial automation environment. All sections (power supply, digital and analog I/O, and interfaces) are identified through clear blocks that show their types and symbols. PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC
CONTROLLER – 12 IN/10 OUT DL 2110AM
The DL 2110AM is a programmable controller that combines high performance and ease of use for those entering the world of PLCs for the first time. It can be configured for both the frame and the bench. It allows controlling machines and plants using the sequential logic that replaces traditional electromechanical panels, saving relays, timers, and counters. Flexibility, as it can be reprogrammed, the possibility of its use in environments with harsh working conditions, reliability, and safety, as well as the ability to process both digital and analog signals, are its main advantages. PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER – 10 IN/8 OUT DL 2110ATN
The DL 2110ATN is a programmable controller that combines high performance and ease of use for those entering the world of PLCs for the first time. With this module, students can perform experiments commonly used in the industrial automation environment, particularly in electro-pneumatics. All sections (power supply, digital and analog I/O, and interfaces) are identified through clear blocks that show their types and symbols.
SIMULATOR APPLICATION Training Systems
To simplify the learning and programming of PLCs, De Lorenzo has made available some applications such as Input/output simulators, Traffic lights, Parking, and Lift simulators and, to satisfy a wide range, has designed two lines addressed to medium and low levels. Some of them (the higher level) have the facility to be wired to PLCs through flat cables instead of point-to-point cables, and they also have fault simulators that can be inserted through micro-switches.
